What file format should I use for my custom DTF designs?

For the best print quality, we recommend uploading high-resolution PNG files (300 DPI) with a transparent background. We also accept PDF, AI, and PSD files.

How do I apply the DTF transfers to my garments?

Our transfers can be applied using a heat press at 300°F-320°F (150°C-160°C) for 12-15 seconds with medium-to-firm pressure. Allow the film to cool completely before performing a cold peel.

What is the turnaround time for custom gang sheets?

Most orders are processed and printed within 24-48 business hours. Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Can I use these transfers on any fabric type?

Yes! Our DTF transfers are highly versatile and work perfectly on 100% cotton, polyester, cotton/poly blends, spandex, and even treated fabrics like canvas or nylon.

Are the prints durable and machine washable?

Absolutely. Our transfers are rated for 50+ washes without cracking or fading, provided you follow standard laundry care instructions: wash inside out in cold water and tumble dry on low.

What is your return policy for custom orders?

Because custom transfers are printed specifically to your design, we do not accept returns. However, if there is a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement.
